तो प्रस्तुत हैं सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया –
प्रश्न:-E-Pension Kulak केस पर डीएससी से Digital Sign करने का प्रोसेस बतावे?
उत्तर:-
- ■ सर्वप्रथम DDO/HO के DSC को PC/Laptop में Insert कर उसे Open करें एवं Show Certificates में से Key Usage वाले Digital Signature Certificate को Export कर एक अलग Folder स्वैच्छा से बनाकर उसमें इसे Save कर लें।
- ■ पेंशन विभाग की Website-IFPMS/ https://pension.raj.nic पर Click कर Open करें। एवं होम पेज पर उपलब्ध Download टैब में से DSC Setup की zip file डाउनलोड कर उसे Extract कर जो Folder आपने बनाया था वहाँ Save करें।
- ■ उसके बाद उस setup पर Click करने पर 3 Files Show होंगी जिन्हें एक एक कर Install कर लें।
- ■ उसके बाद IFPMS की साइट पर Official Login Option से Head of Office/Dept. पर Click करें एवं HO की व्यक्तिगत pay manager id एवं Password से Login करें। एवं Homepage पर Menu पर Click कर Register DSC पर Click करें।
- ■ अब Upload Certificate की नीचे Choose File पर Click कर जिस Folder में आपने DDO/HO का Digital Signature Certificate Export कर Save किया था
- ■ वहाँ से Select करें एवं Upload कर Submit पर Click करें। Submit होने के बाद Dongle की Details Show होंगी एवं Status में Approved Show होगा । इसका मतलब आपका DSC IFPMS के Portal पर उपयोग के लिए Export हो गया है।
- ■ अब Internet Explorer Browser Open कर IFPMS Official Login HO के रूप में करें। डोंगल से Pension Files पर Digital Signature करने का प्रोसेस पूरा कर केस सम्बंधित पेंशन विभाग के कार्यालय को फॉरवर्ड करें।
Question: – Explain the process of digital signing from DSC on E-Pension Kulak case?
Answer:-
- First of all open DDO/HO’s DSC by inserting it in PC/Laptop and export the Digital Signature Certificate with Key Usage from Show Certificates and save it in a separate folder voluntarily by exporting it.
- Open by clicking on the Pension Department’s website-IFPMS/ https://pension.raj.nic. And download the zip file of DSC Setup from the Download tab available on the home page and extract it and save it in the folder you had created.
After that on clicking on that setup, 3 files will be shown, which should be installed one by one. - After that Head of Office/Dept from Official Login Option on the site of IFPMS. Click on it and login with HO’s personal pay manager id and password. And click on the menu on the homepage and click on Register DSC.

- Now by clicking on Choose File below Upload Certificate, the folder in which you saved DDO/HO’s Digital Signature Certificate by exporting it
- Select from there and upload and click on submit. After submission, the details of the dongle will be shown and the Approved Show will be in the status. This means your DSC has been exported for use on the IFPMS portal.
- Now open Internet Explorer Browser and do as IFPMS Official Login HO. After completing the process of Digital Signature on Pension Files from Dongle, forward the case to the concerned Pension Department’s office.
